The bottom line is I hate running and I find it extremely hard to do. Luckily  we have an amazing bunch of staff that are willing to put themselves through a 10k run along side an over weight middle aged man. Some of us will be aiming for a PB whilst some are just glad we can finish it in one piece.
We've supported this amazing charity for a number of years, so it makes doing challenges like these worth while.
