Donations made to the #OneInEveryCorner campaign will fund life saving defibrillators in and around each corner of every stadium or sporting arena.  

The project is part of a collaboration between cardiac healthcare charity Red Sky Foundation and Lauren's Legacy set up by popular Sheffield Wednesday super fan Paul Gregory best known as "Tango" by Owls fans in memory of his beloved daughter Lauren Walker, who tragically passed away after being unwell for quite some time. 

Lauren had travelled around the country with her Dad to football games, and was well known to the football community.  

Red Sky Foundation have already placed over 800 defibrillators in communities, city centres, schools and workplaces in many parts of the UK as part of a long term strategy to help reduce the number of deaths from sudden cardiac arrest.  Each year the charity raises funds to donate life saving defibrillators to grassroots sports teams and it has already begun to place public accessible units at a handful of stadiums and the mission is to ensure every supporter donating towards this project will help to make their football club a safer place to visit.  

Donations made towards the #OneInEveryCorner campaign is for all fans as a collective and it will see hundreds of automated external defibrillators (AED) and external storage cabinets installed in and around stadiums across the country.  Once installed, the AED's will be accessible 24 hours a day, if required, to millions of people visiting stadiums receiving the life saving devices. 

#OneInEveryCorner will give fans who may suffer a cardiac arrest in and around EVERY stadium a fighting chance.  Only 1 in 10 people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest.  Early CPR and a defibrillator can give someone a greater chance of survival.
